Roderick Teachey serves as Vice President of Development. In this role, Mr. Teachey is responsible for the management and execution of development activities including due diligence, pre-development and pre-construction planning, construction monitoring and post construction sales and leasing activities.

Mr. Teachey has over fifteen years of diversified real estate experience including institutional asset management, lending and underwriting and development. He started his career with General Electric Co. and spent seven years with GE Capital’s Commercial Real Estate Financing Group. He has held positions with nationally recognized real-estate development firms executing on several for-sale, rental, mixed-income and mixed-use developments.

Mr. Teachey received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
