As Vice-President of Construction Management for The Dawson Company, Mr. Phillips ensures delivery of tangible project assets via a streamlined, regulated process. In doing so, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of each building phase, while making sure compliance requirements and specific codes are executed to the letter of the law.

With over eight years of experience in leading major developments, Mr. Phillips joined TDC in 2000. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Architecture and Construction Management) from Georgia Tech.
