Mr. Bryant serves as Vice President of Development & Finance for The Dawson Company. In this role, Mr. Bryant is responsible for the management and execution of development activities including due diligence, pre-development and pre-construction planning, pre-development financial analysis, construction monitoring and post construction sales and leasing activities. Mr. Bryant also provides ample support for a host of team efforts including strategic consulting, business analysis, and marketing analytics support.

Mr. Bryant brings a wealth of financial services industry knowledge to Dawson through his prior employment experiences. In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Bryant is also responsible for investor communications including debt and equity finance packages, investment memoranda, and marketing materials with a variety of clients. .

Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Morehouse College and a Masters in Business Administration from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia.
