S. Jerome Hagley, III is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Dawson Company. Mr. Hagley has been with The Dawson Company since 1992. During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Hagley has held several positions, including Controller, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Finance, and Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hagley is responsible for structuring, financing and executing commercial and multi-family real estate developments, and for overseeing the company's management operations.

Mr. Hagley has had numerous responsibilities during his tenure at The Dawson Company, including the financial analysis and cash management of $350 million portfolio of 1,500 retail, office and multi-family real estate and loan assets located in twenty-seven Midwestern and Eastern States. Over the past eight years, Mr. Hagley has been the key principal involved in financing over $500 million in urban in-fill mixed used and transit-oriented development projects.

Mr. Hagley earned his Bachelor of Science from Spring Hill College and has a Master of Professional Accountancy degree from Georgia State University.
